Who we are
Lemin is the intelligent platform for performance management & employee engagement personalized for each employee. The special feature: Lemin combines tools such as e-learning (content partner New Narrative), performance reviews and 360° surveys, employee engagement surveys, feedback & praise and 1-on-1 meetings with a digital team coach. By taking personality into account, our digital coach can help each individual to bring their strengths to bear in the team, making teams more committed and efficient.

Your tasks
As part of your internship, you will support our team with your experience and bring your perspective and ideas to our scalable technical solution.
Together with our COO Sebastian you will implement projects - eg the selection and implementation of new tools, market research, support when moving into our new office, the conception of our next product feature
You ensure structure, service quality and standards together with us - describe processes, document existing know-how, have an eye for optimization potential!
You are a genius as an all-rounder and you feel good about it; and if one of the above topics is not your thing, we will certainly find others...
Analyzes and reports - they do not deter you, but rather encourage you to aggregate exactly the information from which we can derive measures and fields of action
As a user of our product, you are the implementer, idea generator and tester at the same time - together we set the impulses for the small but fine improvements of our digital product
Your profile
You would like to work in a start-up - and if necessary to learn steps for your own foundation
You like our product and you can identify with it
You are open to new things and can familiarize yourself quickly - the topics are diverse, as you can see
You are a business administration student or studying a comparable course and are interested in processes, organization and IT/IT security (conceptual)
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in operations, finance, accounting and IT security
Written and verbal communication in German and English is not a challenge for you - you master both
You are a team player and a young, ambitious team is the right motivation for you too
You have humor, passion, courage to try new things and your heart is in the right place
Organizational
Your place of work is Cologne - including home office regulations, of course!
Ideally we would like to have you on board for 6 months - if you would like to support us for at least 3 months, we would be happy too
